Yes. Every estimate is a free, no-pressure on-site walkthrough followed by a written quote with scope, timeline, materials, and price. You decide if and when to move forward.
05 What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Closed Sundays.
06 Do you speak Spanish?
Yes — our family team works fluently in English and Spanish. You can also read the full site in Spanish at /es.
07 Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Vasquez Family Yard and Garden carries the licensing and insurance required for landscape and tree service in California.
08 How quickly can you get back to me?
We respond to quote requests within one business day. Most projects can be scheduled within two weeks of agreement, depending on scope and season.
09 Do you offer ongoing maintenance plans?
Yes — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly maintenance visits cover mowing, edging, mulching, and pruning. Many customers start with a one-time install and keep us on for upkeep.
